We are seeking a Sr

Website Program Manager to lead Amazon Leo's marketing website operations world-wide and serve as the critical bridge between partner teams. This role requires a strong program manager who can orchestrate complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives, drive alignment across diverse teams, and confidently advocate for data-driven decisions with leadership. You will own end-to-end program management for website initiatives while serving as the SME for optimizing marketing content and navigation that drives performance and conversion.
Key job responsibilities
Cross-Functional Program Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary liaison and program orchestrator between UX, Engineering, Product, Media, Marketing, Creative, and external creative agencies.
Lead cross-functional planning sessions and drive alignment on priorities, timelines, and resource allocation across multiple stakeholder groups
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with technical and non-technical partners; demonstrate executive presence in meetings with ability to influence and drive decisions
Proactively identify and resolve conflicts between competing priorities; escalate issues with clear, data-backed recommendations
Review Cycle & Governance Management
Design and manage structured review cycles that accommodate multiple stakeholders and leadership voices while maintaining project momentum
Facilitate efficient decision-making processes across diverse teams with competing perspectives
Create and maintain clear documentation of decisions, action items, and accountability across all review stages
Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate trade-offs effectively when balancing quality, speed, and scope
Website Content Program Management
Oversee website content management and maintenance, content publishing, and workflow optimization to support business objectives and user experience
Drive efforts to simplify content quality processes and automation needs for content review
Work with global teams to ensure content parity across locales; design and execute language translation processes for website content
Manage multiple content production needs gracefully and balance contending priorities in a rapidly changing environment
Data-Driven Strategy & Performance Advocacy
Develop and execute data-driven global SEO content strategies to maximize business impact
Use data and analytics to inform recommendations and defend positions in stakeholder discussions
Track and analyze content and SEO performance; translate insights into actionable recommendations for leadership
Execute A/B experimentation on marketing content and customer journey, present findings with clear business implications
Technical Collaboration & Implementation
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance website functionality, manage multilingual content, and ensure compliance with web standards
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for engineering teams
Create detailed requirements, system documentation, and user guides; perform user acceptance testing
Guide and partner with marketers and agencies on global SEO optimizations and strategy
Campaign & Launch Coordination
Support awareness and acquisition campaigns through website activations to ensure timely rollout
Manage website taxonomy, content structure, and tagging; optimize landing pages for branding and user experience
Review/edit content in the content management system for writing, brand, and web standards
Apply continuous improvement methodologies to analyze and understand existing processes and workflows
