Prime Video is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to help drive our mission of becoming the premier destination for entertainment. In this role, you will support third-party content on Prime Video, including subscription channels (e.g., Paramount+, Peacock, AMC+) and transactional (buy/rent) content. As a member of the team, you will support cross-functional marketing initiatives that shape how customers discover and engage with entertainment on Prime Video, from partner launches and campaign execution to performance reporting and seasonal programming.
A successful candidate is an entertainment enthusiast with a strong record of managing complex, time-sensitive projects and delivering results across multiple workstreams simultaneously. The candidate is detail-oriented, analytically strong, and an effective written and verbal communicator who can translate data into clear narratives for leadership audiences. An ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in operational excellence, and can balance multiple competing priorities.
Key job responsibilities
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will
- Support the strategy and execution of marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and growth for third-party content on Prime Video
- Lead cross-functional coordination for content partner launches, working with creative, merchandising, and marketing teams to ensure high-quality delivery
- Analyze campaign and content performance metrics, delivering insights and reporting to senior leadership on a recurring basis
- Coordinate with programming, creative, and partner teams to align marketing efforts with broader Prime Video priorities
- Develop scalable processes and frameworks that drive consistency and efficiency across marketing programs
- Represent the team in cross-functional planning for seasonal programming
- Advocate for the partner and customer experience
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience with onsite marketing, lifecycle marketing and digital advertising
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business or equivalent
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of basic SQL queries
- Experience with A/B or multivariate testing
- Experience automating a complex process
- Experience equally comfortable building strategic marketing plans and executing at a tactical level

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
