The Role

The Retail Crew Member is part of the Netflix House operational team and is responsible for bringing Netflix's immersive retail experience to life. Crew Members encourage fandom through delivering best-in-class customer service and creating an exceptional shopping experience. The ideal Crew Member is passionate about engaging in conversations about Netflix series and films, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment covering both front and back of house operations.

This on-site, full-time or part-time hourly role is based in King of Prussia, PA.

What you will do:

  • Work across both front and back of house retail functions, including sales floor coverage, cashiering/POS transactions, merchandising, stockroom operations, receiving, and inventory management.

  • Provide best-in-class service by actively engaging with our Fans and helping them find the right product.

  • Act as a Netflix ambassador to help drive increased fandom and engagement with Netflix shows through product knowledge and storytelling.

  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, restock sales floor from backstock, and keep the retail space organized and shoppable.

  • Support receiving, unpacking, ticketing/tagging, and stockroom organization of incoming merchandise.

  • Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and loss prevention best practices.

  • Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately using the POS system.

  • Execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including emergency procedures.

  • Foster a culture of safety in all actions.

  • Other duties as assigned.

What we need from you:

  • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment.

  • Demonstrated experience and success in fast-paced retail operations, including cashiering, merchandising, and stockroom/back-of-house work.

  • Knowledge of the Netflix platform and shows.

  • Excellent teamwork skills and a proactive demeanor.

  • Strong customer service, conflict resolution, and communication skills. Fluency in additional languages is a plus.

  • Comfort with POS systems and basic inventory processes.

  • Strong desire to think outside the box and innovate.

  • Willingness to learn environmental, health, and safety (EHS) protocols.

  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, at a 365-day operation.

  • Ability to lift/move stock (typically up to 50 lbs) as needed for receiving and restocking.

Compensation: $19.60 - $24.52 per hour
