You'll be responsible for supporting installs, troubleshooting and maintaining servers, while playing a vital role in keeping critical operations running smoothly and seamlessly. Data Center Technician L2:
How You Will Make a Difference:
  • Support installs, troubleshooting, and maintenance of servers, networking equipment, and cabling
  • Use command-line tools on Linux and client-specific systems for diagnostics and management
  • Provide first-level triage and support debugging IT hardware issues
  • Manage server repair queue, execute hardware repairs, and supervise custom builds/reworks
  • Coordinate with partner teams and support vendor visits on-site

What You Will Need to Succeed:
  • 2+ years of experience in Linux system and network administration
  • Knowledge of PC and server hardware
  • Proficient with Linux command line and common UNIX tools
  • Strong communication skills and ability to switch between technical and interpersonal tasks
