Who You Are

Code3 is looking for a dynamic Supervisor, Commerce Strategy & Client Partnerships to lead commerce and digital marketing strategies for high-profile clients across Amazon, Walmart, Target, Instacart, and other marketplaces and retail media networks. This role sits at the center of our integrated Connections, Creative, and Commerce model, helping clients grow through retail strategy, media, content, and creative innovation.

The ideal candidate has experience across commerce ecosystems, including Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace and Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, and other omnichannel retail environments. This person understands how retail readiness, content optimization, media investment, and marketplace operations work together to influence business performance.

What you'll do:

Client Leadership & Strategy Across Channels

    • Serve as the day-to-day client lead across Amazon, Walmart, Target, Instacart, and other marketplaces and retail media networks.
    • Lead client status calls, reporting reviews, and ongoing communication, ensuring priorities, decisions, and next steps are clearly documented and addressed.
    • Translate marketplace, media, and business performance into clear, integrated narratives that connect results to client objectives.
    • Support the development of marketplace growth plans, annual strategies, media recommendations, retail event plans, and business reviews.
    • Help clients navigate Vendor Central and Seller Central priorities, including catalog management, content strategy, merchandising, promotions, and inventory considerations.
    • Partner with commerce, media, and creative teams to optimize PDPs, Brand Stores, A+ Content, and creative assets for discoverability, conversion, and retail performance.
    • Coordinate retail readiness initiatives including PDP audits, SEO and keyword strategy, ratings and reviews, assortment considerations, and conversion optimization.
    • Support planning and execution for deals, coupons, Prime Day, seasonal events, and other marketplace growth opportunities.
    • Connect organic marketplace performance and paid retail media results to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities.


Team Collaboration & Internal Alignment

    • Translate client feedback into actionable next steps that help teams meet and exceed expectations.
    • Manage timelines and deliverables across commerce, media, creative, analytics, and other cross-functional partners.
    • Lead collaboration on development of reports, presentations, and recommendations before client delivery to ensure accuracy, quality, and strategic clarity.
    • Maintain organized client documentation, communication logs, timelines, and action items.


Performance Leadership & Business Growth

    • Monitor marketplace sales, retail media performance, search visibility, category dynamics, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and risks.
    • Evaluate performance using dashboards, reporting tools, and commerce analytics platforms.
    • Support Directors and senior leaders in managing high-value or complex client accounts.
    • Collaborate on annual planning, QBRs, strategic recommendations, and integrated campaign recaps.
    • Identify potential marketplace, content, media, and cross-channel growth opportunities and bring them forward to senior account leadership.

You should have:

  • 4+ years of experience in digital commerce, retail media, marketplace strategy, account management, or a related digital marketing role.
  • Experience working across Amazon, Walmart, Target, Instacart, or other marketplace and retail media ecosystems. Ideally you have hands on keys experience managing campaigns.
  • Strong familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central, including catalog management, retail readiness, merchandising, and promotional strategy.
  • Understanding of PDP optimization, marketplace SEO, A+ Content, Brand Stores, ratings and reviews, and conversion-focused content best practices.
  • Experience supporting deals, coupons, Prime Day, tentpole retail activations, or marketplace promotional planning.
  • Knowledge of retail media and paid media platforms such as Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Roundel, etc.
  • Ability to interpret marketplace, media, and conversion data and translate it into clear client insights and recommendations.
  • Proven account management, project management, and client communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multi-channel deliverables and manage competing priorities across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational, writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Salary Information: The base salary range for this position is $102,000 - $122,000 and is commensurate with candidate experience and location. The position also offers a bonus based on company and client success.
