Key responsibilities include:
• Conduct weekly schedule quality reviews on active builds against the AMER scheduling specification • Validate GC schedules (pre- and post-contracted) against committed milestones (H2C, NEA, PFHO) • Develop and maintain schedules at L1-L5, including logic ties, resource loading, and delivery cadence assumptions • Perform schedule risk analysis and what-if scenarios to support proactive intervention • Create schedule reports and dashboards for regional and executive audiences • Support field audits to validate schedule accuracy and process adherence • Travel domestically up to 50% to support active builds and milestone readiness assessments
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of project management in data centers or comparable critical infrastructure experience
- Knowledge of critical data center equipment
- Knowledge of engineering documentation, electrical diagrams and standard operating procedures
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations including Life Safety, BOCA, NFPA, NEC, or OSHA
- Experience in project management in data centers or comparable critical infrastructure
