Multiple Positions Available:
Manage the planning and delivery of high quality advertiser engagements to educate advertisers on Amazon policies and creative best practices to positively impact campaign performance. Project managing the execution of complex advertising campaigns with internal Design, AdOps, Sales, Quality Assurance and Account Management teams as well as external stakeholders. Consulting with advertisers on creative strategy using historical advertiser and industry data. Manage the troubleshooting of sometimes complex issues surfaced during the campaign life-cycle. Dive deep on data to develop and manage process and product improvement projects with internal and external stakeholders to improve cross-vertical/cross-locale efficiency. Train and mentor L4 & L5 CCM at scale across CCM organization.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
A Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline and 3 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
Experience must include:
1. 1 years of experience in project management, including managing, planning, organizing, scheduling and tracking of projects from initiation, planning, execution and delivery.
2. 1 year of experience performing data mining and conducting with data and statistical analysis utilizing Excel advanced modeling, VBA, or related business intelligence tools.
3. 1 year of experience using lean process manufacturing/Six Sigma, performance metrics or related methodologies to increase efficiency within processes.
The base pay range for this position in New York City is USD $140300 - $189800 (yr). Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
