Job description

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager - Technical to own the product and service roadmap for Amazon Connectivity Service (ACS) as we expand our connectivity offerings - including cellular (eSIM/iSIM), Wi-Fi access, integration with satellite (Leo), and Amazon Sidewalk. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at the intersection of connectivity technology, cloud services, and enterprise product management. You will define what ACS builds next, why it matters, and the customer connectivity experience.
Key job responsibilities
Own the end-to-end product strategy and multi-year roadmap for ACS connectivity services, including eSIM/iSIM orchestration, multi-network switching, Wi-Fi offload, and emerging technologies (satellite, Amazon Sidewalk), encompassing both internal development and partner integration

Gather customer inputs to develop product strategy, translate complex connectivity capabilities into customer-centric offerings, and manage the interplay between consumer and IoT connectivity technologies. Evaluate build-vs-partner delivery options and contribute to ongoing business cases including financial models and ROI analysis. Deeply understand the needs of Amazon customers (eero, Ring, Kindle, FleetEdge, Prime Air, Zoox, Lab126) and apply customer segmentation models to prioritize and scale ACS capabilities as the customer base grows.

Conduct competitive analysis, partner with AWS sales teams on go-to-market motions, and drive AWS Marketplace integration. Define crisp product requirements, user stories, and KPIs for each initiative. Manage feature prioritization and sprint planning with internal and external partners, lead product lifecycle management including launches, deprecations, and continuous improvement, and work cross-functionally with engineering, solutions architecture, legal, finance, and business development from conception through launch and ongoing optimization.
A day in the life
Days center on customer engagement-meeting internal teams (eero, FleetEdge) and external partners to capture connectivity requirements

This feeds directly into developing detailed specifications for external development partners and defining ACS feature requirements that live on other teams' roadmaps, such as Leo's billing and packet core or AWS AI tools. Close partnership with the ACS TPM ensures customer feedback is synthesized into prioritized backlog items and new service deployments stay on track. The constant thread is translating customer needs into clear technical requirement documents that drive execution across internal teams, external partners, and cross-organizational dependencies.
About the team
Amazon Connectivity Services (ACS) is a centralized team within Amazon Devices that provides affordable, reliable multi-modal across Amazon

ACS manages data agreements with global MNOs (e.g. AT&T, Vodafone), operates cloud-based eSIM infrastructure, and delivers connectivity orchestration for 5+ million active devices across 42+ Amazon programs-including Kindle, eero, Zoox, FleetEdge, and Prime Air . The team drives connectivity innovation and cost optimization as they manage $40M+ in annual connectivity spend

ACS works with leading connectivity service providers in the industry. We partner with AWS and Leo on new service offerings and target customers. .
