We are looking for a high-caliber, results-focused business development leader to develop strategy with an emphasis on Agentic AI partnerships

This person will be adept at wearing strategy, business development and technical product management hats - and will develop broad and strong relationships with external organizations and other parts of Amazon. External organizations may include, among others, eProcurement SaaS providers, invoicing specialists, consultancies that undertake procurement-related work, trade associations and travel and expense management partners. This individual will be responsible for identifying new strategic and technology-driven partnership opportunities to drive acquisition and engagement activities to fuel Amazon Business growth.

This leader will also play an important role in shaping Amazon Business's strategic partnership framework globally.
Key job responsibilities
- Identify technology and commercial opportunities with partners, defining business cases to justify investment where required, negotiate agreements, and drive rapid progress in executing against these opportunities
- Innovate, monitor the voice of the customer and deep-dive on technological solutions to help drive our roadmap of strategic partnerships, GTM workstreams, joint campaigns and partner success
- Develop deep and broad relationships with senior executives internally and at partner organizations to stimulate activity and uncover new opportunities
- Lead contractual negotiations and onboard new partners
- Share learnings and align on the Best of Amazon across regions (US, EU, Japan, Canada)
- Explore and establish new alliances to grow the business in collaboration with international colleagues
- Identify mechanisms to track results and feed these back to colleagues and internal leaders
- Collaborate with, and influence, sales, product/engineering, marketing, legal, finance and other internal stakeholders
