Position Overview:
As a Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate support to our clients through live chat channels. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, and your role will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. You will work closely with our team of customer service professionals to provide top-notch service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat channels in a timely and professional manner
- Identify and resolve customer issues, escalating to the appropriate team members when necessary
- Utilize product knowledge and resources to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by meeting and exceeding performance goals and metrics
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and procedures
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the company's values and brand image
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on any unresolved issues

Qualifications:

- Proficient in using chat and CRM software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends and holidays if needed
