Key job responsibilities
Develop and manage comprehensive policy sets, from conceptualization through implementation and monitoring
Deliver clear risk assessments and high-quality written presentations to stakeholders and senior leadership
Create business requirement documents for product teams to ensure policy compliance
Foster collaborative relationships across Ad Trust Policy, Sales, Legal, PR, Public Policy, and other business units
Manage high-risk and high-impact escalations alongside moderation and support teams
Develop deep understanding of ad tech systems, particularly Amazon's infrastructure, to guide policy development

As a member of the Advertising Trust's Policy & Integrity team, you'll work across Amazon's business lines to shape customer experience and long-term strategy for Amazon Advertising. Our team combines extensive online advertising experience with expertise in customer experience solutions, risk mitigation, and brand integrity
