Job description

About the role
Bayland Health is seeking a Senior Amazon Content & SEO Specialist to optimize and scale Amazon product content across our three supplement brands: Micro Ingredients, NatureBell, and Deal Supplement, with Micro Ingredients as the primary focus.
This is a senior, hands-on individual contributor role for someone who understands how strong product content, creative presentation, Amazon SEO, and customer insights work together to improve conversion.
You will own and continuously improve product listings across a large Amazon catalog-from titles, bullets, product attributes, and backend content to listing images and A+ Content. You will work closely with our Brand and Design teams to develop scalable content and creative frameworks, prioritize high-impact ASINs, identify conversion opportunities, and measure the results of content changes.
As the function grows, you will also help establish content standards, workflows, and best practices, with opportunities to take on broader platform responsibilities and grow into a team lead role.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own and continuously optimize Amazon product listings across Micro Ingredients, NatureBell, and Deal Supplement, with a strong focus on improving conversion rate, customer experience, and content quality.
  • Partner with Brand and Design teams to develop scalable creative frameworks for Amazon listing images, A+ Content / EBC, Brand Story, and other product detail page content, ensuring consistency across key product lines.
  • Audit and improve listing completeness and accuracy, including product attributes, titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend search terms, and other catalog information across a large SKU portfolio.
  • Segment and prioritize ASINs based on business impact and performance, with particular focus on top-performing and high-potential products, and develop ongoing optimization plans accordingly.
  • Use Amazon SEO, keyword research, customer insights, competitor analysis, and performance data to improve product discoverability while maintaining clear, persuasive, and conversion-focused content.
  • Monitor CTR, CVR, traffic, ranking, and sales performance to identify optimization opportunities and measure the impact of listing and content changes. Conduct A/B tests or structured content experiments when appropriate.
  • Build repeatable content standards, templates, SOPs, and QA processes to improve consistency and efficiency across a large multi-brand catalog.
  • Stay current on Amazon content requirements, marketplace trends, category competition, and best practices, particularly within supplements, health, and wellness.
  • As capacity and business needs evolve, help extend successful content and optimization practices to Shopify and other e-commerce platforms.

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of hands-on Amazon content, listing optimization, or Amazon SEO experience, ideally within consumer products, supplements, health, beauty, grocery, or another competitive e-commerce category.
  • Proven experience creating and optimizing Amazon product detail pages, including titles, bullet points, product attributes, A+ Content / EBC, backend content, and listing images or creative briefs.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon SEO and keyword optimization, including keyword research, relevance, indexing, search visibility, and effective keyword placement.
  • Strong understanding of conversion-rate optimization and the ability to connect content and creative changes to metrics such as CTR, CVR, traffic, ranking, and sales.
  • Experience using Amazon Seller Central and Amazon performance or keyword data to identify opportunities and make informed content decisions.
  • Experience managing and prioritizing content across multiple products, SKUs, or ASINs in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate, consistent product information across a large catalog.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly when working with brand, design, advertising, product, and e-commerce teams.
  • Comfortable working independently, taking ownership of projects, and building processes in a growing organization.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in CPG, dietary supplements, health, wellness, beauty, or related consumer product industries.
  • Experience managing or optimizing a large Amazon catalog or multi-brand portfolio.
  • Experience with Amazon tools and data sources such as Brand Analytics, Search Query Performance (SQP), and Manage Your Experiments.
  • Experience with third-party Amazon research and optimization tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Data Dive.
  • Experience developing Amazon content templates, creative guidelines, SEO standards, SOPs, or QA workflows.
  • Familiarity with dietary supplement content requirements and health-claim limitations on Amazon.
  • Shopify, website SEO, or other e-commerce platform content experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven search or Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), including Amazon Rufus, is a plus.
  • Bilingual English / Mandarin Chinese is a plus, but not required.

Why Bayland Health?
  • Join a fast-growing health and wellness company with established brands and products trusted by millions of customers.
  • Make a visible business impact by shaping how customers discover, understand, and choose our products across Amazon.
  • Play a foundational role in building and scaling our Amazon content and SEO function, including its strategies, standards, workflows, and best practices.
  • Grow with the function and take on increasing leadership responsibilities, with the potential to become an early team lead as the team expands.

Salary and Benefits
  • $85K - $95K yearly base salary plus performance-based bonus
  • Health benefits: medical, dental, vision insurance
