IVE (Integrated Video Experiences) powers every product video across Amazon's global stores. We manage a worldwide catalog of videos that help customers understand how a product looks and feels in the real world, before they buy

We work with sellers to help them add videos to their listings to generate up to 24% higher sales. We're the reason shoppers can watch an unboxing before buying a blender, or see a skincare routine before committing to a new brand.
We're looking for a Sr. Product Manager - Technical to own the selling partner video experience

Millions of sellers and vendors want to use video to grow their business on Amazon. Your job is to make that easy, effective, and scalable. You'll own the tools they use to upload and manage video, the systems that get those videos in front of shoppers, the global relationships with selling partner account management teams, and the strategy that drives adoption across our international marketplace.
You'll work with world-class software engineers, UX designers, and applied scientists

You'll partner with Account Management and Brand teams who talk to sellers every day. And you'll ship products that directly move the needle on how Amazon's marketplace works.

What You'll Own
- Product strategy and roadmap for selling partner video upload integrations into product listing systems
- Video acquisition, moderation, and publishing pipeline from the selling partner perspective
- Selling partner education, go-to-market, and video adoption programs
- Cross-functional partnerships with Account Management, Retail, Listing Services, Media Services, Brand teams, etc.
- Metrics: video coverage growth, selling partner adoption, sales attribution, returns reduction
- Operational management of seller escalations, support tickets, and content moderation issues
- User research, usability testing, and A/B experimentation with selling partners
- Legal and compliance risk assessment for video content policies
