Client Engagement Manager
Remote | Nebraska based (Must live in Nebraska, Kansas, or Kentucky)

A organization in the K12 education space is seeking a Client Engagement Manager to own and develop a multi-state territory (Nebraska and Missouri). This role is focused on building strong relationships with school districts, driving engagement, and expanding partnerships that support hiring needs.

This is a field-facing role with a clear focus on results. The individual in this position will work directly with district leaders, HR teams, and administrators to understand their needs and position solutions that lead to increased teacher placements.

Key Focus Areas

  • Build and maintain relationships with school district and charter school leadership
  • Act as a trusted partner to support ongoing hiring and staffing needs
  • Manage and grow a defined territory with clear performance goals
  • Drive consistent outreach through meetings, calls, presentations, and events
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships and develop new ones
  • Collaborate internally to convert leads into placements and long-term client relationships

This role plays a direct part in increasing placements and strengthening district partnerships across the territory

Travel
