Our mission is to empower teens to achieve excellence in community, college, and career. Through three engaging programs, our teens learn critical skills to successfully follow the path of their choosing post-secondary. All programming provided by TeenWorks is at no cost to the teen or family. The Programs Department is an integral part of the organization’s goal to prepare Indianapolis youth for life after high school. As a member of the Programs Department, you will be working to support our programmatic growth.

Position Summary

The purpose of the Alumni Services Program Intern is to gain work experience with a diverse group of young adults, collaborate with TeenWorks staff on outreach plans and execution, data collection and tracking, and program evaluation and planning. This internship is part-time and includes a stipend. The Alumni Services Program Intern will report to the Director of Alumni Services.

Responsibilities

  • Outreach to inactive Alumni to re-engage
  • Assist with data tracking using Salesforce
  • Conduct short interviews for success stories across multiple programs
  • Organize and maintain Alumni Services program materials
  • Perform general administrative duties to assist the TeenWorks Program staff and other duties as assigned
