Job description

This hospital-owned clinic in a rural community in Colorado at over 10,000 feet is recruiting a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a hybrid primary care clinic role with.inpatient rounding. Situated on a river in the Rocky Mountains only 40 miles to Vail or Breckenridge, this true mountain town (not over-developed like so many other Colorado ski towns) features Victorian architecture from its silver mining past and is a hub for year-round, high altitude recreation.
Salary up to $175K.  Join a team of two APP's and two physicians.  4-day clinic work week with 10-hour shifts.  Average patients seen per provider per day in clinic is 10..  Inpatient rounding every three weeks for about two hours - daily patient census 2-5.  Each provider has a MA..  2 floating RNs with one focused on specialty provider days..  Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.  Behavioral Medicine experience is a plus.  Experience required.
