• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, and formulate tailored treatment plans that address their specific issues.

• Establish therapeutic goals alongside clients, routinely monitoring their progress to ensure effective treatment strategies are in place.
• Facilitate teletherapy sessions to accommodate clients preferring virtual support, ensuring all clients receive the care they need regardless of accessibility challenges.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards to support transparency and clinical excellence.
• Participate in ongoing professional education to refine clinical skills and stay informed about best practices and emerging trends in mental health therapy.

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's degree or doctorate in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to build a strong therapeutic rapport with clients.
• Empathy and a non-judgmental approach to client interactions, allowing for a healing and supportive therapeutic relationship.
• Strong organizational skills and proficient time management, essential for handling caseloads and administrative responsibilities efficiently.

• Experience in providing virtual therapy services and familiarity with telehealth platforms.
• Background in community health or working with diverse populations.
• Continuing education or certifications in specialized therapeutic modalities.
