Job Summary
This position is part-time (1-19 hrs/week).
Under the direction of the Director/Principal of Ventura Adult and Continuing Education, provide regulatory oversight and administrative leadership for the Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) Training Program. The Program Lead ensures full compliance with California Department of Public Health (CDPH) Nurse Assistant Training Program (NATP) regulations and Title 22 requirements. This position oversees clinical coordination, documentation, and student certification eligibility verification. Instructional duties may be assigned as needed.
