  • Drive a decisive shift from implementation-led solutioning to product-centric thinking, embedding full product lifecycle ownership and long-term value creation across Cash Services.
  • Define, maintain, and govern the Cash Services product roadmap, ensuring prioritization is driven by client value, scalability, and strategic impact rather than client-specific delivery demands.
  • Provide executive leadership and oversight of the Cash Product Optimization organization, ensuring the team operates as a true product development function focused on feature design, roadmap execution, scalability, and reuse.
  • Partner with Global Implementation and Global Delivery leadership to ensure alignment on roles, responsibility and operating guardrails across our internal organization to collectively drive success.

  • Embed a customer-centric product discipline across all product artifacts, documentation, and publications to support adoption and reduce reliance on reactive triage.
  • Define and operationalize product success metrics, shifting focus from delivery-based measures to adoption, engagement, ROI, and long-term outcomes.
  • Serve as senior decision authority for complex or cross-cutting cash use cases, ensuring product-aligned and scalable solutions.
  • Partner with Sales, Solutions, and Client Management teams to support growth and commercialization while reinforcing standard product capabilities.
