Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinic Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations
of our aesthetics clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the clinic runs
smoothly, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving business growth while
supporting the clinical team.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional patient experience.
  • Manage clinic staff, including recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and scheduling.
  • Implement and maintain clinic policies, procedures, and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
  • Drive sales and revenue growth by developing marketing strategies and ensuring achievement of targets.
  • Maintain inventory levels and manage procurement of supplies and equipment.
  • Handle patient concerns and complaints professionally and effectively.
