As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments for adult clients to identify mental health needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s goals.
• Collaborating with clients to establish realistic and achievable objectives, regularly monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Providing crisis intervention and support to clients facing acute mental health challenges.
• Maintaining accurate, confidential records in compliance with relevant regulations and ethical standards.
• Engaging in continuous professional development to remain informed about new research and practices in mental health counseling.
• Contributing to team initiatives through active participation in social media activities and consultations with colleagues.

You will be working primarily with adult clients from diverse backgrounds, including those facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Our approach emphasizes personalized care, ensuring that therapy is relevant and culturally sensitive to each client's circumstances. Your contributions as a mental health professional will be crucial in helping individuals navigate their mental health journeys and improve their overall quality of life.

To qualify for this full-time position, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• An active registration with the relevant professional body and appropriate professional liability insurance.
• A commitment to working a full-time schedule and maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
• Proficiency in administering and interpreting psychological assessments and conducting report writing.

We are particularly interested in candidates who demonstrate:

• A strong background in providing therapy to adult clients, preferably with experience in diverse clinical settings.
