Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic or long‑range maintenance planning, including predictive or condition‑based maintenance approaches.
  • Strong digital aptitude, with the ability to leverage data, dashboards, or analytics tools to drive maintenance decisions and improve uptime.
  • Working knowledge of AI‑enabled tools (e.g., predictive analytics, automated diagnostics, CMMS enhancements, or AI‑assisted troubleshooting).
  • Foundational proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages for data analysis, automation, or integration with maintenance systems (e.g., analyzing downtime trends, automating reports, or improving workflows).
  • Experience using or optimizing CMMS/EAM systems; familiarity with data extraction, reporting, or API integrations preferred.Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to experiment with emerging technologies to improve reliability, safety, and efficiency.
  • Strong systems‑thinking mindset with the ability to translate technical insights into practical, floor‑level execution.
  • Effective communicator capable of coaching teams through technology adoption and change.
