Job Description

Allstate Security is seeking a dependable Flex Security Officer to provide coverage for a residential HOA community in Corona, CA. Officers must be available to fill open shifts, support operational coverage, and adapt to changing staffing needs. This position is designed to provide reliable backup coverage while helping maintain consistent staffing levels.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting routine foot and vehicle patrols
  • Monitoring entrances and exits
  • Maintaining a visible security presence throughout the community
  • Reporting incidents, suspicious activity, and safety concerns
  • Completing Daily Activity Reports (DARs) and Incident Reports
  • Enforcing HOA rules, policies, and procedures
  • Providing excellent customer service to residents, guests, and vendors
  • Responding professionally to emergencies and incidents
  • Supporting additional coverage needs as assigned

Requirements

  • Active BSIS Guard Card
  • Valid California Driver's License
  • Reliable transportation
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
