Motorcade drivers often work closely with security teams to anticipate and mitigate potential risks.
What does a typical day look like for someone working on a motorcade team?
A typical day on a motorcade team involves preparing vehicles, conducting route checks, and participating in briefings to review security procedures. Team members coordinate closely with security personnel and designated drivers to ensure each movement is executed smoothly, often requiring rapid adjustments due to changing traffic or security conditions. The role can include long hours or weekends, especially during special events or official visits. Motorcade professionals must always be alert and ready to communicate effectively within the team to guarantee the safety and punctuality of the convoy.
