What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in private security companies, and why are they important?

To thrive in private security companies, you need a foundation in security protocols, risk assessment, and often a relevant security license or certification. Familiarity with surveillance systems, access control technologies, and sometimes incident reporting software is typically required.
