We specialize in armed guards, unarmed guards, patrol service, and mobile patrols. Our security officers will work seamlessly as a part of our team to secure premises, customers, employees, assets and everything in between.

Job Details
We are seeking highly professional and reliable Security Patrol Officers to provide mobile patrol services for multiple Electric Vehicle (EV) charging station locations along assigned routes. Officers will deter criminal activity, protect property, ensure safety, and report hazards or maintenance issues. This role is essential to maintaining safe, secure, and operational EV charging stations for public use.
Key Responsibilities:
Patrol & Deterrence:
  • Conduct randomized and scheduled vehicle patrols of assigned EV charging station sites.
  • Inspect stations for vandalism, theft, tampering, loitering, or unauthorized vehicle parking.
  • Ensure lighting, signage, and surrounding areas are safe and operational.
  • Maintain a strong security presence using marked patrol vehicles.

Site Inspections:
  • Check the physical condition of chargers, kiosks, payment terminals, and cables.
  • Identify and document graffiti, equipment damage, or hazards.
  • Ensure charging areas are free of obstacles, debris, or improperly parked vehicles.
  • Engage courteously with members of the public when approached, while avoiding interference with charging customers unless safety is at risk.

Reporting & Documentation
  • Complete Daily Activity Reports (DARs) with detailed observations.
  • Submit Incident Reports immediately for vandalism, theft, hazards, or critical events.
  • Use electronic reporting tools (e.g., Lighthouse app) with time-stamped notes and photos.
  • Maintain GPS-verified patrol logs to confirm route coverage.
  • Provide monthly summary reports identifying trends and security recommendations.

Training & Equipment:
  • Completion of EV station inspection training, including hazard recognition and safety protocols.
  • Must wear a professional uniform and utilize assigned equipment (flashlight, smartphone/tablet, high-visibility vest).
  • Operate marked patrol vehicle with amber/white emergency lights in compliance with regulations.

Performance Standards:
  • Submit all reports within 24 hours of shift completion.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and responsiveness always.
  • Participate in quarterly performance reviews with clients and management.

Working Conditions:
  • Outdoor environment with exposure to varying weather conditions.
  • Vehicle-based patrols with regular site walk-throughs.
  • Evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts may be required.
