Job description

Valencia College is now hiring a F/T Security Field Supervisor to join the Campus Security Services team of our Osceola campus.

The Security Field Supervisor is responsible for the daily management and oversight of security operations during their assigned shift. They play a key role in creating a safe and welcoming environment for our students, faculty, staff, and visitors. This position demands excellent customer service skills combined with a vigilant focus on meeting the needs of our community. We are dedicated to providing a secure and supportive atmosphere for everyone.

The ideal candidate must meet the minimum requirements for the position:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • State of Florida Class “D” Security Officer License or any federal, state, county, municipal, corrections, or military academy/police or law enforcement certification
  • Must possess a valid Driver’s License
  • Capable of making and promptly executing independent decisions to support security operations.
