Schedule - Full Time, 8hr shifts, Monday - Friday

What you will be doing: You'll be responsible for accounting and audit functions and develops data for periodic operating statements and management information in compliance with government and management directives.  

Essential functions: 

  1. Plan, coordinate and supervise the administrative and accounting activities of the department.
  2. Develop budget, monitor and control expenses, review and recommend changes to budget authorizations.
  3. Regularly assess and audit all assigned areas regularly for contractual compliance and effectiveness of delivery of service to students. Prepare related reports. 
  4. Supervise financial accounting systems and allocation of expenditure of contract funds, monitor center performance through interpretation of accounting data, and develop management informational reports. 
  5. Assist as necessary with administration of subcontracts.

Education and Experience Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree and three (3) years related experience, two (2) of which should be in a supervisory capacity. 
  • Directly related experience may be considered in lieu of formal education requirements. 
  • A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
