Nous sommes a la recherche d'un(e)Coordonnateur(trice) de chantierpour se joindre a notre equipe de construction aMontreal!En tant que coordonnateur(trice) de chantier, vous contribuerez au developpement et a la realisation de batiments remarquables, tout en batissant des relations durables avec nos employes, partenaires et clients.


RESPONSABILITES :


  • Soutenir les activites de coordination de chantier et de bureau de site : mise a jour des plans, releves de quantites sur le terrain, documentation des rapports et enregistrements lies a la qualite.
  • Agir comme personne-ressource entre le surintendant de chantier et les equipes de sous-traitants.
  • Tenir un journal de chantier quotidien en collaboration avec le surintendant.
  • Preparer et maintenir la documentation entre le chantier et le siege social.
  • Assister aux reunions de chantier, rediger les ordres du jour, prendre les proces-verbaux et en assurer la distribution.
  • Effectuer des releves sur la presence des travailleurs et remplir les feuilles de temps.
  • Assigner les taches quotidiennes aux ouvriers selon les directives du surintendant.
  • Preparer les demandes d'achat pour les articles non standards et les transmettre a l'acheteur.
  • Coordonner les livraisons de materiel et assurer leur reception sur le chantier.
  • Comparer les bons de livraison avec les quantites prevues et les quantites reellement livrees.
  • Gerer l'inventaire de materiel requis et passer les commandes en consequence.
  • Coordonner les expeditions entrantes et sortantes, incluant l'entreposage temporaire sur le chantier.


QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Un diplome d'etudes postsecondaires en genie, architecture ou toute autre formation equivalente
  • Un minimum de 2 ans d'experience dans un poste similaire
  • Une excellente connaissance du domaine de la construction
  • De fortes competences en communication et en organisation
  • Une grande capacite a gerer les priorites, respecter les echeanciers et performer dans un environnement dynamique
  • Une excellente maitrise de la suite Microsoft Office et une aisance avec divers logiciels technologiques

We are looking for a Field Coordinator to join our Montreal Construction team! As a Field Coordinator, you will assist in the development and build of remarkable buildings, fostering enduring relationships with our people, partners, and clients while maintaining the Broccolini core values, Pride and Passion, Collaboration, Integrity, and Entrepreneurial Spirit.


RESPONSABILITIES:


  • Assist with basic field coordination / site office duties, including updating drawings, measuring site quantities, documenting field reports and records for quality
  • Act as the liaison between the Site Superintendent and trade labor force;
  • Maintain daily construction log in conjunction with the Site Superintendent;
  • Prepare and maintain various site communication/documentation with head office and site;
  • Attend and participate in site meetings, prepare meeting agendas, record meeting minutes and prepare for distribution as directed;
  • Conduct physical checks on labor force and record individual activity on time sheet;
    Allocate tasks to laborers daily according to the Site Superintendent's instructions;
  • Make out requisition for non-standard items and submit to purchaser;
  • Arrange for supplies to be delivered;
  • Compare delivery note with bill of quantities and actual quantity delivered;
  • Maintain inventory of required materials and place order accordingly;
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, including temporary storage on site.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Post-secondary diploma in Engineering, Architecture or equivalent
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of the construction field
  • Exceptional communication skills and organizational skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, to manage time effectively and to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office software; Tech-savvy with various computer software's
