Job Description: As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring their overall satisfaction, success, and retention. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with customers to understand their unique business objectives, challenges, and requirements.
  2. Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through a seamless onboarding process, ensuring they are set up for success from the beginning of their journey with Allied USA.
  3. Customer Support: Provide prompt and effective assistance to customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving any challenges they may encounter.
  4. De-escalation: Demonstrate exceptional de-escalation techniques to handle challenging situations and ensure the best possible resolution for our customers, partners, and the company.
  5. Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer within Allied USA, advocating for their needs and providing feedback to our product and service teams.
  6. Renewals and Upsells: Identify upsell opportunities and work with the appropriate departments to drive revenue growth. Ensure successful customer renewals through proactive engagement.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer success, account management, or related roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to understand and analyze customer needs, driving towards solutions and results.
  • Demonstrate experience in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction and retention goals.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft, Google Suite, QuickBooks, all a plus.
  • Dependable and reliable for an in-office position in Lehi, Utah Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a one-hour lunch.
  • Able to handle multiple phone calls and emails per day without hesitation.
