Job description

Project Manager – Healthcare Construction

Charlotte, North Carolina

$120,000 – $150,000 DOE + Bonuses + Comprehensive Benefits

Built on a people-first culture and a passion for delivering high-quality projects, this fast-growing Charlotte-based General Contractor is redefining what it means to work in commercial construction. Founded by a group of highly respected industry leaders with more than 50 years of combined experience delivering major projects across the Carolinas, the business was created with a clear vision: to build a collaborative, relationship-driven company where culture, trust, and long-term growth take priority over corporate bureaucracy.

Due to continued expansion and a strong healthcare pipeline, they are now seeking an ambitious Project Manager with 3–5+ years of experience to join their team, offering the opportunity to take real ownership of projects, work closely with accessible leadership, and accelerate their career within a dynamic and highly motivated environment.

The Project Manager will oversee projects across the healthcare and commercial sectors throughout the Charlotte region.

Projects include:

  • Ground-up healthcare facilities
  • MOB renovations
  • Acute and non-acute healthcare projects
