The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and overall presentation of condominium units and common areas. This position ensures a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and guests.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize condominium units, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all assigned areas
- Make beds and change linens as required
- Restock towels, toiletries, and other supplies
- Clean windows, mirrors, glass surfaces, and fixtures
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to management
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as hallways, lobbies, and recreational spaces
- Follow all cleaning procedures and safety standards
Schedule: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM or until end of workday
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required
Work Environment:
Fast-paced hospitality/condominium environment with daily cleaning assignments. Must maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while interacting with residents and guests
Uniform Expectations:
- Solid-color shirt or company-issued shirt (clean and wrinkle-free)
- Black/khaki pants or jeans (no leggings, sweatpants, or shorts)
- Closed-toe, non-slip shoes (comfortable for long periods of standing and walking)
- Hair must be clean and neatly groomed; it must be tied back if long
- Minimal and professional jewelry allowed for safety reasons
