Job description

In Patient Registration Therapies at Lakeshore Foundation Campus
Work schedule will be Full-time on the Day Shift, M-TH 7:00A-4:30P; Fridays 7:00A-12:00p.
Summary:
Responsible for performing multiple customer-focused Access Center tasks (pre-registration verification, pre-admission, limited financial counseling, scheduling and follow up appointments, co-pay collection, collaborate with bed placement coordinators, order entry, account verification and updates, urgent registrations). Responsible for working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary clinical setting. Must be flexible and willing to work in different physical locations and roles as needed to meet customer needs. Expected to report as needed during periods of inclement weather, disasters, and state's of emergency.
Other information:
Ability to work independently. Prefer knowledge/exp. with SMS/Invision and one-year previous work experience with automated scheduling and registration applications preferred.

Responsible for performing multiple customer-focused Children's Behavioral Health, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy pre-registration verification, scheduling and follow up appointments, co-pay collection, account verification and updates. Responsible for working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary clinical setting. Must be flexible andwilling to work in different physical locations and roles as needed to meet customer needs.
