The Senior Account Services Manager is responsible for portfolio management, credit monitoring, underwriting support, and the evaluation and management of Commercial Banking relationships. Primary responsibilities include analyzing financial data to determine the merits of loan requests, recommending appropriate structures, and identifying cross-selling and referral opportunities for other banking services. This role will have a strong focus on supporting and managing payment-related business relationships, including Visa Direct, Third-Party Payment Processors (TPPP), Alipay, TikTok, Tencent Pay, and Supply Chain Financing programs.


  • Manage and oversee the deposit and loan portfolio in partnership with Relationship Managers.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for existing clients, responding to requests and questions, and facilitating client onboarding in both the U.S. and Asia in an expedient and efficient manner.
  • Gather and analyze portfolio data for senior management in partnership with the Business Unit Manager and Relationship Managers, and present findings to BSA/Compliance for review and approval.
  • Evaluate, monitor, and manage payment-related business relationships, including Visa Direct, TPPP, Alipay, TikTok, Tencent Pay, and Supply Chain Financing programs.
  • Analyze transaction flows, payment volumes, client business models, and associated risks.
  • Partner with Treasury Management, Operations, Risk Management, Compliance, and BSA teams.
  • Prepare portfolio reviews, business analyses, and management reports.
  • Support cross-border payment initiatives.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities across banking products.
  • Provide guidance regarding banking and payment-related solutions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor's degree required; preference for Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Ideally 3-5 years of banking experience.
  • Experience evaluating or managing payment industry clients preferred.
  • Knowledge of Visa Direct, TPPP, digital wallets, and cross-border payments highly desirable.
  • Understanding of credit, operational, compliance, and BSA/AML risks.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Professional proficiency in Mandarin preferred; Cantonese is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Asia-Pacific markets and cross-border payment activities desirable.

The base pay range for this position is USD $70,000.00/Yr. - USD $90,000.00/Yr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
