Job Description

Opportunity for a talented, Mid-Level Computer Network Exploitation (CNE) Analyst to assist in support of SOF plans and operations in Combating Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) at the customers location on Ft Bragg, NC. This position is a unique opportunity to showcase your skills and continue a technical growth track of SME within cyber exploitation. In this position you will have the privilege of working with multi-disciplined special operations personnel and interfacing with members of our nations the and highly qualified team of operations and intelligence analysts solving some of the most demanding and critically important problems facing our nation and allies. You will be supported by an onsite team of highly experienced intelligence and operations analysts and subject matter experts on every time of weapon of mass destruction.

Enable operations and intelligence collection capabilities conducted through the use of computer networks to gather data from target or adversary automated information systems or networks. 

Reverse engineer cyber networks; to include firewalls, routers, etc.

Perform mobile device and computer forensics, and wired and wireless network exploitation

Work with All-Source intelligence and use social media analysis to assist with network forensics

Properly apply security principles, policies and current industry best practices regarding computer network operations and exploitation in particular.

Apply knowledge and experience of security defensive countermeasures, software and hardware, antivirus, firewalls, IDS/IPS, etc.

Apply a conceptual understanding of social engineering techniques such as pre-texting, email phishing, baiting, etc. to assist with CNE

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Networking & Telecommunication, Information Technology or Computer Information Systems and at least 8 years of computer network operations/exploitation and/or related technical intelligence analysis experience.

In some cases, educational requirements may be adjusted or waived for more than 15 years applicable work experience. Work experience may be adjusted for highly specialized knowledge or uniquely applicable experience for positions involving new technology or labor market shortages as reflected by market survey data.

Strong Oral and Written Communication skills

Computer software, malware, communications, vulnerabilities analysis and/or network security

Demonstrated interest and ability to apply technical expertise to analytical challenges Familiarity with programming

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite programs, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Knowledge of computer analytical software.

Thorough knowledge of the principles, practices, and procedures used in intelligence and/or targeting analysis.

Clearance: Must have a current TS/SCI or be TS/SCI eligible upon hiring. Must be able to pass a Counter-Intelligence polygraph and an interview by the supported special operations organization.
