Job description

It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing!
We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Accountability: Enforce the project's QA/QC Policy. Define exactly what a passing installation looks like (e.g., specific torque patterns, pipe cleanliness, or cable dressing standards).
• QA Technical Leadership & Contractor Oversight: Manage and provide day-to-day direction for third-party (contract) Mechanical and Electrical QA Specialists, including tasking, prioritization, coverage planning, and calibration to the Built to Run standard. Review field reports for quality, consistency, and risk; ensure findings translate into clear corrective/preventive actions; and document performance feedback and escalation through the vendor (not direct employee supervision).
• Trend Analysis: Don't just track individual issues-identify systemic patterns, quantify risk, and drive closure. When repeat failures occur (e.g., the same breaker fails across multiple rooms), you lead structured root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) to determine whether the driver is supplier defect, installation method, design interpretation, or environmental/operational factors.
• Gating Authority: Level 3 to Level 4 Gatekeeper. You independently validate readiness criteria and sign the "Readiness Memo" confirming a room/system is physically complete, clean, accessible/serviceable, and correctly documented. You align open items with Construction, Vendors, and Commissioning so Functional Testing does not begin until quality risk is understood and accepted.
• Reliability: You are responsible to ensure all equipment, and system ancillary equipment is accessible and serviceable. (i.e.) Strainers, Valves, filters, VRFs, Electrical panels.
• Additional Support:
o Assist/Participate in BMS related issue resolution.
o ADC spec QA/QC and CX for speculative builds, ADC Spec + Tenant Requirements, etc.
o Negotiate standard pricing with vendors.
o Develop a standardized reporting metric to keep internal stake holders aware of major CX milestones and progress.
o Annual review of policies and procedures for version control.
o Organization and work flow of ADC runbook.
o Multi team collaboration.
o Other duties Assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum 3-6 years experience creating documents used in creating standards for building, testing, repairs, troubleshooting, and training for data centers or other critical environments.
• Fluent in technical and common office software
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Ability to check all technical skills for consistency and accuracy
• Up to 20% travel required
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed (facility is secured 24/7).
• Ability to effectively respond, verbally or written, to sensitive issues, complex inquiries or complaints from various levels of management and the public
• Requires a high level of commitment to customer service, whether co-workers or customers
• Ability to analyze and solve problems involving several options with limited information.
• Requires good organizational skills, attention to detail and an openness to new ideas and procedures.

• Judgement - Displays willingness to make decisions; Exhibits sound and accurate judgment; Supports and explains reasoning for decisions; Includes appropriate people in decision-making process; Makes timely decisions.
• Managing Resources - Plans, assigns, and monitors work for third-party/contract QA resources; sets clear expectations and service levels; provides timely feedback; escalates performance issues through vendor leadership; ensures coverage and continuity; and drives a consistent quality culture without traditional direct-employee people management.
