Who We Need
Netrality has an exciting opportunity for a rising Construction Project Manager to be a part of Netrality's expansion and capital improvement projects. The successful candidate will have strong project management experience along with a strong understanding of critical building systems and general building operations.

Description of Responsibilities
  • Work with construction and site teams to oversee construction projects taking place within the Netrality portfolio from beginning to end
  • Support the budgeting process for projects cost estimating process
  • Resolve any problems that may arise with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and other contributors
  • Conduct and document all project meetings
  • Review and approve applications for payment including all associated documents such as closeout documents
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
  • Evaluate, communicate, and determine remediation of risks of projects
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and key team members of the project team
  • Ensure all project deadlines are met
  • Keep all stakeholders aware of the progress on projects and prepare progress reports regularly
  • Handle any environmental or local community issues that may come up during a project
  • Conduct site checks to monitor progress and quality standards
  • Maintain ethical, professional, and courteous relations with contractors and tenants
  • Stay abreast of the latest technology as related to construction process efficiencies
  • Participate in adhoc projects or assignments as requested

Position Requirements and Desired Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, business development, or similar strongly preferred
  • Data Center or telecommunications industry experience strongly preferred
  • Proven working experience in construction management, 5+ years strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods
  • Knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards
  • Understanding of all facets of the construction process
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Familiarity with construction management software packages
  • Competent in conflict and crisis management
  • Excellent time and project management skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and working knowledge of the following software applications: MRI, Avid, Procore, BIM, Primavera or MS Project is a plus.
  • Excellent communicator, confidently articulating complex analysis and solutions
  • Be a detail-oriented problem solver with a win-win attitude, working towards meaningful solutions
  • Experience working independently as well as collaboratively; effectively managing priorities while meeting hard deadlines
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with ease
