Minimum qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience in executive search research, talent intelligence, or talent acquisition (TA) strategy.
  • Experience conducting market analysis, landscape analysis, and industry trend evaluation using qualitative and quantitative research methods.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience executing in-depth, bespoke market mapping for complex or niche talent pool scenarios.
  • Understanding of the full recruiting lifecycle, with the ability to diagnose bottlenecks and build adoptable frameworks.
  • Ability to consult with stakeholders to diagnose and address core business needs.
  • Ability to synthesize complex, unstructured data into clear business recommendations.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with TA Leadership and recruiters to deeply understand their workflows, diagnose their blind spots, and determine exactly what market intelligence they need to influence the business and win top talent.
  • Bring an "executive researcher" level of curiosity to our hardest searches. Identify, map, and decode emerging and ambiguous talent pools.
  • Design and operationalize scalable programs to capture engaged intelligence. A key immediate priority: systemize a cross-functional program to extract performer organisation structures, insights, and referrals from our recent new hires.
  • Define the requirements and partner with vendors or internal teams to build the AI tools and automated workflows that eliminate manual market research.
  • Translate raw market data, competitor movements, and compensation trends into actionable "playbooks" and insights that empowers TA to confidently advise the business.
