Here are some responsibilities for the potential Leasing & Marketing Specialist:
Marketing & Outreach (Primary Focus)
  • Execute on-site and digital marketing strategies to increase visibility and lead generation
  • Create, schedule, and manage social media content across multiple platforms
  • Maintain and optimize online listings, photos, videos, and property descriptions
  • Build relationships with local businesses, employers, schools, and community partners
  • Coordinate outreach events, open houses, pop-ups, and promotional campaigns
  • Track marketing performance, traffic sources, and lead quality

Brand & Community Presence
  • Ensure consistent branding across all marketing channels and on-site materials
  • Maintain strong curb appeal and model presentation to support marketing efforts
  • Assist with resident events and retention-focused campaigns
  • Represent the community at local networking and marketing events

Leasing Support
  • Assist with prospect tours, follow-up, and application support as needed
  • Convert marketing leads into qualified prospects through timely communication
  • Collaborate with the leasing and management team to support occupancy goals
