General excellent AIX and LINUX administration skills

PowerVM Virtualization Configuration on IBM Power

PowerHA SystemMirror Candidate must have deep knowledge of configuring PowerHA Enterprise Active-Active and Active-Passive cluster configuration

NIM server Good experience around usage on NIM server in IBM Power environment

Migration Good experience with server migration

Scripting Working knowledge of bash and korn scripting
