  • 3.1 Platform Engineering & Observability Frameworks
  • Architect, configure, and optimize Dynatrace across multiple business units.
  • Administer lifecycle operations, including onboarding, conversion assurance, and alert calibration.
  • Design automation and reporting dashboards mapped to enterprise metrics and SLOs.
  • 3.2 Partner & Application Team Enablement
  • Lead onboarding for application and infrastructure teams across maturity tiers.
  • Embed observability into homegrown applications via telemetry instrumentation and tagging
  • schemas.
  • Act as lead technical advisor for onboarding MIA-acquired companies into the observability model.
  • 3.3 Center of Excellence Development
  • Define operating principles, roles, and review mechanisms for the Observability COE.
  • Establish governance models to drive best practices and cross-team collaboration.
  • Create documentation and knowledge transfer for HUB FTEs
