As a Call Center Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for homeowners seeking help with their heating, cooling, and plumbing needs. Your ability to create a great first impression, solve problems, and provide exceptional customer service plays a key role in our success.

What You'll Do
  • Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism and empathy

  • Schedule HVAC and plumbing service appointments

  • Gather accurate job details to support technicians and dispatch

  • Help customers understand services, maintenance plans, and promotions

  • Resolve customer concerns and provide outstanding support

  • Maintain accurate customer records and notes

  • Work closely with dispatch and the service team to create a smooth customer experience

What We're Looking For
