 Role Purpose 

 The Passenger Service Ramp Agent is responsible for supporting both passenger service and ramp operations to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time aircraft handling. This role assists with baggage handling, aircraft servicing, passenger assistance, and coordination of ground support activities while maintaining excellent customer service and compliance with airport safety regulations. 

 What you will be doing  

  • Load and unload passenger baggage, cargo, and aircraft supplies safely and efficiently 
  • Assist with aircraft arrivals and departures, including marshaling, chocking, and ground equipment setup 
  • Transport baggage and cargo between terminals, aircraft, and designated airport locations 
  • Provide passenger assistance, including wheelchair support, gate assistance, and customer service as needed 
  • Assist passengers with boarding, deplaning, and connecting flight information when required 
  • Operate ground support equipment such as belt loaders, baggage carts, tugs, and tow equipment safely 
  • Ensure baggage is handled accurately and delivered to the correct flights 
  • Follow all airport safety procedures, TSA regulations, and company policies 
  • Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly 
  • Communicate effectively with gate agents, dispatchers, supervisors, and flight crews 
  • Respond quickly to operational changes, flight delays, and irregular operations 
  • Maintain professionalism and a customer-focused attitude in all interactions 
  • Perform other duties as requested

  • Must have reliable telephone and transportation 
  •  Previous airport, ramp, customer service, warehouse, or logistics experience  
  • Airport ramp, gate areas, and terminal operations environment 
  • Exposure to aircraft noise, weather conditions, and moving ground equipment 
  • Fast-paced environment with strict operational deadlines 
  • Frequent interaction with passengers and airline personnel 
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 70 pounds regularly 
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periods 
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions 
  • Ability to safely operate ground support equipment and move throughout active ramp areas 
  • Must be able to take verbally direct in English 
  • Must be able to read, write, understand and carry out instructions in English 
  • Must pass pre-employment and random drug tests 
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check 
  • Must meet necessary requirements to obtain a security sensitive identification badge 
  • Must be in proper uniform or business attire as directed by company officials 
  • Identification badges must always be visible 
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures and participate in achievement of company objectives
