Animer des reunions hebdomadaires integrees pour votre lot de travaux
Developper, harmoniser, maintenir et mettre a jour les echeanciers pour chaque phase du programme
Gerer l'integration de l'echeancier du lot de travaux et s'assurer qu'il est harmonise avec l'echeancier global du programme ainsi qu'avec les autres lots de travaux
Identifier et rapporter les enjeux et les risques, incluant les plans d'attenuation
Assurer la livraison efficace, la revision et l'approbation de tous les livrables a chaque phase du programme
Assurer la conformite a l'ensemble des documents et processus de gouvernance (bonne comprehension des processus et respect des normes et reglements)
Participer aux activites de resolution de problemes et aux plans de redressement lorsque requis afin de respecter les echeanciers des livrables cles
Piloter les activites de gestion du changement, de l'initiation jusqu'a la completion de l'implantation en ingenierie, pour un portefeuille de changements donne
Assurer la presentation en temps opportun des changements au Comite d'examen technique afin d'obtenir une decision finale aux differentes etapes du processus
Preparer l'information resumant les couts associes a chaque changement pour le Comite d'examen technique
Suivre activement et rendre compte de l'avancement a toutes les etapes du cycle de vie des changements

Exigences :
Baccalaureat en ingenierie ou equivalent
De trois (3) a huit (8) ans d'experience pertinente en gestion de projets ou dans un role equivalent
Experience en aerospatiale consideree comme un atout
Excellentes competences en communication orale et ecrite
Excellente maitrise de la suite MS Office, incluant MS Project, PowerPoint et Excel
Esprit d'equipe et solides habiletes interpersonnelles, avec une capacite a collaborer efficacement avec de nombreux partenaires d'affaires
Bilinguisme francais et anglais
Disponibilite pour travailler a Mirabel trois (3) jours par semaine
Excellentes aptitudes en communication et solides competences relationnelles

Job Description

Job Title: Bilingual Aerospace Project Manager         
Location: Mirabel,QC 3 times a week onsite (hybrid)  
In your role, you will:
Lead integrated weekly meetings for your respective work package
Develop, harmonize, maintain and update Schedules for each phase of the Program
Manage the integration of the work package schedule and ensure that it is harmonized with the overall program schedule and across other work packages
Identify and report Issues and Risks with mitigation plans
Ensure effective delivery, review and approval of all deliverables in each program phase
Ensure compliance to all governing documents and processes (a good understanding of processes and adhering to standards/regulations). 
Participate in the problem solving and recovery plans when required to maintain key deliverables' timeline
Lead change-management activities, from initiation to engineering implementation completion, for a given portfolio of changes;
Ensure timely presentation of the changes to the Technical Review Board for conclusive disposition at various stages of the process;
Prepare information summarizing costs of each change for the Technical Review Board;
Actively monitor and report the progress at all stages of a change's life-cycle.

Requirements


   You have a Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent.
   You have five (3) to eight (6) years of relevant experience in project management or equivalent.
   You ideally have experience in aerospace.
   You demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
   You have superior skills in MS Office including MS Project, PowerPoint and Excel.
   You are a team player with strong communication skills who interfaces well with the many business partners involved.
   French and English 
   3 days per week at Mirabel 
   Good Communication and soft skills 

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is:  CAD 75000 - CAD 105,000

The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
