Come join our team! We are seeking a Charter Sales Director to grow our charter sales division. This role is responsible for driving charter revenue, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing key client relationships.
The Charter Sales Director serves as a strategic leader and ambassador for Reynolds Jet, ensuring exceptional customer experience while maximizing charter aircraft utilization and revenue opportunities. The successful candidate will possess extensive knowledge of the private aviation industry and a proven track record in charter sales, client acquisition, and team leadership.
Position Requirements
  • Generate sales activities to achieve revenue, utilization, and profitability goals.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans focused on charter growth and customer acquisition.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with charter clients, brokers, aircraft owners, and industry partners.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, referrals, and industry events.
  • Establish sales goals, monitor key performance indicators, and provide regular reporting on sales performance.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Maintenance to ensure seamless execution of charter flights and exceptional client experiences.
  • Develop and implement customer retention strategies to increase repeat business and client loyalty.
  • Negotiate charter agreements and pricing while ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability targets.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of market trends, competitor activities, customer needs, and industry developments.
  • Represent Reynolds Jet at networking opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, aviation regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Participate in the development and enhancement of charter products, programs, and service offerings.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Aviation Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in private aviation charter sales, aircraft management sales, or related aviation sales leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding charter sales and revenue targets.
  • Strong knowledge of Part 135 operations, private aviation markets, charter brokerage, and aircraft charter services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience with charter management software and aviation CRM platforms.
  • Knowledge of aircraft types, charter pricing strategies, and market dynamics.
