We are seeking a professional, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Live Chat Support Specialist to join our customer support team. This role is responsible for assisting customers through live chat, answering questions, resolving routine issues, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

The ideal candidate has excellent written communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, patience, and the ability to manage multiple conversations efficiently in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customers through live chat and other approved digital communication channels.
  • Answer questions regarding products, services, accounts, orders, billing, and company policies.
  • Identify customer needs and provide accurate information and appropriate solutions.
  • Troubleshoot basic account, product, service, or technical issues.
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions when appropriate.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
  • Manage multiple customer conversations while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
  • Document customer interactions, issues, resolutions, and follow-up requirements in the appropriate systems.
  • Follow up with customers when additional assistance or information is required.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications
