We are committed to setting the standard for beautiful, modern, and exceptionally maintained medical facilities throughout Metro Detroit. Our properties are designed to provide patients, physicians, employees, and tenants with a polished and welcoming experience. We continuously invest in renovations, upgrades, and improvements to keep our facilities current, functional, and visually exceptional. Our goal is not simply to maintain our properties, but to make them among the finest medical environments in the region.

About you

  • At least 5 years of prior professional experience encompassing both general carpentry and facilities supervision of facilities management
  • Working knowledge of common building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, doors, locks, and fire protection
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and contractors
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing facility-related issues
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadline, with a customer service-oriented mindset and a commitment to excellence in a facility management

Perks & Benefits

  • Competitive compensation package
  • Paid time off (PTO)
