Job description

Clearance Required: Secret (SCI Eligible).
Education: High School Diploma.
Experience Required: A thorough understanding of deployment regulations and procedures, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders to meet stringent timelines and readiness requirements. Additionally, demonstrated ability to use reporting tools such as the DCAPES, SORTS, and DRRS as well as Logistics Module (LOGMOD), Microsoft Office Suite, or similar programs.
Job Summary: Provide comprehensive mobility support services to ensure personnel and equipment are prepared for and effectively execute deployments, exercises, and other mobility taskings.
Essential Duties:
  • Prepare and process individuals for mobility requirements based on U.S. Government, DoD, AF, COCOM, and any other applicable guidance.
  • Coordinate and schedule required pre-departure training with the deploying personnel, their supervisor, and DOs using ACES and SFMIS.
  • Coordinate RAT and ADR training requirements with squadron leadership and designated personnel.
  • Coordinate with squadron GPC cardholder to procure deployment equipment specified by organizations or guidance from organizations and distribute individual equipment for deploying personnel.
  • Prepare implementation plans to meet reporting requirements as contained within the COCOM Unit Prep Message or Pre-Deployment Message.
  • Manage deployment reporting in tools such as the DCAPES, SORTS, and DRRS including UTC posturing and individual status updates.
  • Prepare, package and complete paperwork for deployable material for customs inspection into or out of the home-station.
  • Use Logistics Module (LOGMOD) and Excel to track pre- deployment/post-deployment mobility, logistics, security, ancillary training, medical, and dental requirements.
  • Interface with Government-designated Commercial Travel Office (CTO), Air Mobility Command (AMC) liaison officers, and unit/group/wing resource advisors to arrange and/or de-conflict deployment/re-deployment travel.
  • Coordinate with wing, base, and higher headquarters offices on deployment issues and maintain mobility folders/documentation.
  • Receive Increment Monitor and forklift training in order to conduct the palletization and movement of cargo in support of TDYs and deployments.

Salary: The projected salary range for this position is $45,000-$47,000 and is based on experience and contractual requirements. However, this is not a guarantee of salary.
