Job description

Position Overview:

ATC Logistics is seeking experienced and safety-conscious Forklift Drivers and Class C Drivers for our growing warehouse and yard operations in Paramount, California. This is a role supporting our drayage, CFS (Container Freight Station), and logistics operations.


Location:

14350 Garfield Ave, Suite 800, Paramount, CA 90723


Position Type:

Full-time, Night/Evening Shifts Only


POSITION 1: FORKLIFT DRIVER (Full-time, Evening Shifts)


Responsibilities:

- Operate forklift and material handling equipment in warehouse and container yard

- Load, unload, and move containers and cargo safely

- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks

- Maintain accurate inventory records and yard documentation

- Follow all OSHA safety protocols


Requirements:

- Valid Forklift Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum 2 years forklift operation experience

- Valid driver's license

- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly

- Pass background check and drug screening

POSITION 2: NIGHT SHIFT YARD/AIRPORT DRIVER (Full-time, Night Shift 6PM-2AM)


Responsibilities:

- Operate Class C Bobtail to move containers and equipment

- Perform pickup and delivery at LAX Airport and CFS

- Pre/post-operation equipment inspections

- Coordinate with dispatch team and maintain safety standards

- Document yard movements and equipment status


Requirements:

- Valid California Class C driver's license (clean record)

- Minimum 1 years professional driving experience

- 18+ years of age

- Ability to pass background check and DOT drug screening

- Strong communication skills

- Valid passport or REAL ID for airport access

- Ability to work night shifts reliably
