Job description

The mission of Anduril's Air Dominance and Strike Division is to fundamentally reshape the way future peer to peer conflicts are fought by developing next generation collaborative combat aircraft, advanced effects, and the software that powers these autonomous weapons. The AD&S Operations team is a small but mighty team of business generalists who enable the division to scale through hyper-growth while breaking as few things as possible.

You're a fit if you want to:
  • Develop CEO-level operating judgment by partnering with Air Dominance & Strike leadership to deploy talent across programs - managing competing priorities while mitigating delivery risk
  • Run real-time portfolio triage when a major contract accelerates or a critical hire falls through - you're the one re-optimizing talent deployment to protect delivery
  • Build the models that turn strategy into execution, creating tools leaders use to answer: "what breaks if we move 20 engineers from Program A to Program B?"
  • Work directly with Finance on forecasts, gross margin, and long-range plans - you'll learn to speak CFO whether you come from finance or not
  • Gain rare cross-functional access by owning the resource deep-dives and strategy reviews where Engineering, Finance, and Program Management make critical trade-offs
Here's who you are:
  • You solve complex, cross-functional problems with high ownership, high EQ, and low ego
  • You're detail-oriented, data-driven, and an exceptionally fast learner
  • You have 2+ years experience in an operating role at a high-growth company, finance, consulting, or founding your own venture
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance
