•Valid

Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).

•Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

•Must meet applicable DOT driver qualification requirements.

•Current DOT medical certification as required.

•Ability to safely operate tractor-trailer equipment.

•Knowledge of basic DOT safety regulations and Hours-of-Service requirements.

•Ability to complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.

•Ability to properly secure freight.

•Ability to read and understand shipping documents, bills of lading, and delivery instructions.

•Ability to use GPS, mobile phones, electronic dispatch systems, and/or ELD equipment.

•Dependable attendance and ability to report to work on time.

•Strong communication and customer-service skills.

•Ability to work independently and follow dispatch instructions.

•Must be able to safely perform the physical duties associated with local pickup and delivery work.

•Must satisfy company, customer, and airport access/security requirements applicable to assigned work.Preferred Qualifications

•Previous local pickup and delivery experience.

Job Description:Job SummaryWe are seeking a dependable and professional

CDL Class A Driver to perform local pickup and delivery services, including airport freight transfers and customer deliveries. This position is ideal for a safety-focused driver who is comfortable operating in local traffic, working around airport and warehouse facilities, and providing professional service to customers.The driver will be responsible for safely operating company equipment, completing scheduled pickups and deliveries, securing freight, maintaining accurate paperwork, and communicating with dispatch throughout the workday.Primary Responsibilities

•Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles, including tractor-trailers and other assigned equipment.

•Perform local pickups and deliveries within the designated service area.

•Complete airport cargo and freight transfers between airline facilities, warehouses, customers, and other locations.

•Pick up and deliver air freight in a safe, timely, and professional manner.

•Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.

•Properly secure freight and verify cargo before departure.

•Maintain bills of lading, delivery receipts, manifests, and other required transportation documents.

•Obtain signatures and proof of delivery when required.

•Follow dispatch instructions and communicate delays, freight issues, equipment problems, or delivery exceptions promptly.

•Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and company safety policies.

•Follow airport, warehouse, customer, and facility safety procedures.

•Maintain a professional appearance and provide courteous customer service.

•Keep assigned equipment clean and report maintenance or safety concerns.

•Assist with loading, unloading, pallet handling, or freight movement when required.
